Medusa e as Serpentes Amestradas is a collab by Maykel and Sassa, and an excellent recent print at Brazil’s Camiseteria . It’s a great reversal of the typical Medusa depiction- instead of a sinister monster, this lady is fun-loving and making the most of her snake-y appendages. The actual Medusa myth is a huge disturbing bummer, so I’m glad to see she finally got to have a little fun, at least in Maykel’s and Sassa’s version of the tale.
