Past Theme Words 2008 – Transcend 2009 – Express 2010 – Commune 2011 – Mobilize Everybody’s New Year resolution takes a different form. One of the things that I’ve done for the past several years is select a word that I want to emphasize. In 2010 I wanted to commune . The intent was to grow communities of like minded individuals, build peer-networks of support and referral, and become not just a developer but a piece of a ad-hoc organizational organism (ala the Spider and the Starfish )
